In support of their latest record, the Byron Bay metalcore band Parkway Drive have announced an Australian tour with Killswitch Engage and The Art Is Murder.

The seven-date tour will kick-off this fall, starting in Canberra on October 25. Shows will follow in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. This tour will allow the band to play bigger venues than their previous tour, which celebrated the tenth anniversary of Horizons. Additionally, the trek will feature full production values for the first time.

“I’m psyched on playing the songs,” frontman Winston McCall told Music Feeds. “I’m psyched on the production we’re bringing. We finally get to just go, ‘Oh, that production we put on those giant Euro festivals? Let’s just put it on a boat and bring it to Australia.’”

Preceding the Australian trek, the band will play a variety of festivals throughout Europe, including Netherland’s Forta Rock, Switzerland’s Greenfield Festival, With Full Force Festival in Germany, and Copenhell in Denmark. In August, the band will tour North America with August Burns Red. They will start in San Diego, California, and making stops in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Chicago, and a handful of other cities before wrapping up the leg in Los Angeles, California on September 23.

Reverence, which dropped on May 4, hit the No. 1 spot on the ARIA charts and is the fifth ARIA top ten debut for the band, as well as their second consecutive No. 1 hit. The record features singles “Prey” and “The Void.” Although this is their seventh record to date, Reverence seems to be their most popular group of tracks so far, with “Prey” and “The Void” racking up millions of streams on Spotify, surpassing past hits.
