The alternative blues-rock artist Elle King is due for sophomore studio record, Shake The Spirit, and in support of the release, she will tour in London and across North America this fall.

To kick-things off, King will begin in London, England on October 2. She will then head to the U.S. for a run of shows, and is set to make stops in Charlotte, Washington, D.C., New Haven, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Toronto, Columbus, and Chicago before wrapping-up in Los Angeles, California on November 12.

Shake The Spirit will be released on October 19 via Columbia Records, following 2015’s Love Stuff. So far this year, King dropped the singles “Shame” and “Good Thing Gone.”

“I decided to call it ‘Shake The Spirit’ because I was shaken to the core over the last year and a half,” King said of the record. “I was literally talking to ghosts. But making the album not only changed my life, it saved my life. It’s like when you see somebody who is struggling, you want to shake them. Putting this record out is like shaking myself awake.”

The singer/songwriter is best-known for her smash hit single “Ex’s & Oh’s,” which reached the top of Billboard‘s Alternative songs chart, along with tracks “America’s Sweetheart” and “Where The Devil Don’t Go” off of her debut. Other hit songs include 2012’s “Playing For Keeps,” 2016’s “Good Girls” from the Ghostbusters movie soundtrack, and the 2017 single “Wild Love.”
