Pop-punk bands Mayday Parade and The Wonder Years have announced a co-headlining tour next year throughout the U.K.

The brief trek will kick-off on February 16 in Glasgow, followed by shows in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, and Bristol. London’s Troxy will close-out the tour on February 23. The bands will be joined by “special guests,” who at this time, have not been revealed.

“We had such a great crowd response from our last tour in the U.K. that we began planning another trip as soon as we got back in the states,” Mayday Parade bassist Jeremy Lenzo said in a statement. “We started chatting with The Wonder Years about touring together because we thought that would make a great package and really bring a lot of high energy to the show. We have never toured together before, but it has been something we wanted to do for awhile, so we were happy they were on board with the idea.”

Mayday Parade just released their sixth-studio album, Sunnyland, this past June. The LP, which follows 2015’s Black Lines, includes singles “Stay The Same,” “It’s Hard To Be Religious When Certain People Are Never Incinerated By Bolts of Lightning,” “Never Sure,” and “Piece Of Your Heart.” Additionally, last year the group released the anniversary edition of their 2007 debut album, A Lesson In Romantics, which features their smash hit tracks “Jamie All Over” and “Miserable at Best.”

The Wonder Years also released a new record earlier this year, entitled Sister Cities. The leading singles “Pyramids of Salt” and “Sister cities” follow the group’s 2017 EP Burst & Decay. While The Wonder Years fall under the same genre as Mayday Parade, they have a different, heavier sound and are known for hit tracks like 2013’s “Passing Through a Screen Door” and “Came Out Swinging” off their sophomore record, Suburbia I’ve Given You All And Now I’m Nothing.

Currently, The Wonder Years are touring across North America through the end of November with Have Mercy, Oso Oso, and Shortly. Mayday Parade are also on the road in support of their new music with This Wild Life, William Ryan Key, and Oh, Weatherly.
