The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced on Tuesday a major multi-year partnership with Tickets.com, including an integration of Tickets.com’s ProVenue platform for Museum membership and premier stadium events.

The Hall of Fame, which is located in Canton, Ohio, is the birthplace of the National Football League. The museum, which has been called one of the “most inspiring places on Earth” and was named the Best Attraction for Sports Fans by USA Today, honors former and current players, offering fans a thorough history and celebration of the sport.

Currently, the Pro Football Hall of Fame hosts events like the annual Hall of Fame game, Enshrinement and Concert for the Legends, and a handful of other events. Its partnership with Tickets.com will allow the Hall of Fame to grow and “reshape the entire fan experience for the hundreds of thousands of visitors it attracts every year,” a press release notes.

Hall of Fame’s manager of ticket operations, Jim Macris, said the museum is excited to work with Tickets.com, explaining that their team has been “extremely thorough in their approach” and understand the Hall of Fame’s challenges and requirements to further growth.

“Our visitors come from around the country and the world and ProVenue’s user-friendly customer-facing interface will support a seamless transition for all our guests,” Macris said in the release.

The ProVenue platform will allow the Hall of Fame to sell tickets online, create marketing campaigns to a targeted audience, and enhance customer service experience for guests. Tickets.com Vice President of Business Development Tim Snyder said the partnership will “bring forward a commitment to creating the ultimate patron experience.”

“The Hall of Fame’s on-going vision for the future will take patrons on a fantastic journey and continue to make it a must-visit for all,” Snyder said. “We are proud to play a role in supporting the Hall of Fame’s amazing growth plans.”
