The secondary ticketing company Vivid Seats launched Vivid Seats Rewards today, a loyalty program that will allow fans to earn credit based on how much they buy on the site.

Once fans sign into the Vivid Seats mobile app, which has been fully redesigned, they will be automatically enrolled in the Vivid Seats Rewards program. Credit will be stored within the user’s account, including previous purchases. Based on the amount of tickets the user has purchased, they will receive a certain credit back percentage for each $250 spent, as well as exclusive in-app offers.

Fans who spend between $0 and $499 annually will be placed in the “MVP” category and earn 5 percent back followed by the “Rock Star” tier for fans spending between $500 and $1,999 each year, who will receive 6 percent back. Those spending more than $2,000 annually, known as the Hall of Famers, will get 8 percent back for every $250 spent.

“Buying tickets to live events is often a significant investment,” Stan Chia, CEO of Vivid Seats, said in a press release on Monday. “We wanted to design a program that rewarded every fan that buys on our platform. With Vivid Seats Rewards, our customers have certainty that they’re getting the most value when buying tickets using our new app, and will ultimately be able to experience even more live events.”

From now through Labor Day, Vivid Seats users will earn double credit back on all purchases to celebrate the launch of the redesigned app and rewards program. The offer coincides with a handful of exciting upcoming events including approaching NFL, NBA, and NHL seasons, as well as fall concerts and Broadway shows.
