The iconic TV show host Oprah Winfrey will head out on her first national arena tour in five years starting in January 2020.
The trek, dubbed “Oprah’s 2020 Vision: Your Life In Focus” and presented by WeightWatchers Reimagined, will kick-off on January 4 in Ft. Lauderdale and visit nine cities including Atlanta, San Francisco, and Charlotte. She’ll make stops at New York City’s Barclays Center, The Forum in Los Angeles, and Dallas’ American Airlines Center before wrapping-up at the Pepsi Center in Denver. During each city, her show will feature a unique, different lineup of “high profile guests.”
“On each stop, attendees will spend the day with Oprah as she shares the personal ups and downs of her wellness journey and guides them to develop their own 2020 action plan through motivating conversations, the latest in wellness research and insightful interactive workbook exercises,” a press release said, noting that Oprah will highlight certain individuals who “took charge of their lives and created lasting change.”
Each show will also feature a specialized interview with Oprah one-on-one, where she’ll share an intimate conversation with “some of the biggest celebrities.”
While Oprah is best-known for The Oprah Winfrey Show, she has also dabbled in film, TV producing, and is a philanthropist.
