Hamilton shows and new dates on Motley Crue’s reunion tour are some of the tickets going on sale this weekend. Hamilton will run at St. Louis’ Fox Theatre throughout May, with general sale tickets available Monday. The musical became a cultural phenomenon over the past few years and broke records at the box office and the Tony Awards. Tickets to the hip-hop musical are still in high demand five years after its Broadway premiere, and several markets across the country will get their chance to see Hamilton in 2020.
Motley Crue’s reunion tour is proving popular as well, as the band recently added new dates to their summer trek. St. Louis and San Antonio shows will go on presale Monday. The Crue gathered fellow arena rockers Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts for one of the most anticipated tours of the summer. Additional concerts going on presale this weekend include Billy Joel’s May show at Madison Square Garden and The Spinners’ Baton Rouge performance.
In sports, the ACC women’s basketball tournament will release tickets on Monday. Teams like North Carolina State, Florida State and Louisville will compete in Greensboro in the spring. New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s annual New Beginning tour will release tickets to its Pembroke Pines event as well.
My Fair Lady performances in Chicago will also go on presale Monday, while The Addams Family shows in Syracuse will go on general sale. Lincoln’s Thunder Valley Casino will release tickets on Saturday to a handful of live shows. Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham’s show in September will go on sale, along with respective shows from Chicago and Kenny Loggins.
Additional tickets on sale this weekend include Styx’s Biloxi show and Dennis Deyoung’s Florence concert celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Grand Illusion.
