Wembley Stadium is set to break attendance records in 2025, as more than two million concert-goers are expected to visit the venue.

The stadium, renowned for hosting major sporting events, is set for a record-breaking concert season featuring Oasis, Coldplay, Lana Del Rey, Dua Lipa, Guns N’ Roses, Linkin Park, and more.

Mark Lynch, the stadium’s director, expressed excitement about the upcoming season.

“Last year was a special one for Wembley with over 2.9 million people attending our events, and 2025 promises to be even bigger,” Lynch said. “We’re looking forward to one of the busiest summers in the stadium’s history, with a broad variety of acts that will appeal to fans of all genres.

“Our goal is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to experience the magic of Wembley.”

Wembley’s capacity to host large audiences was demonstrated last year when the stadium welcomed 40 major events, including Taylor Swift’s record-breaking shows, the UEFA Champions League Final, Bruce Springsteen, AC/DC, and Green Day.

The economic impact of these events was also significant, with a report from the Greater London Authority (GLA) revealing that Swift’s concerts alone contributed an estimated £300 million to the local economy.

“As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to deliver a season full of unforgettable performances and set new attendance records,” Lynch said. “Wembley is the place to be, and we’re thrilled to welcome millions of guests to experience the magic of live music at this iconic venue.”
