The summer of rock ‘n’ roll continues with new tour plans from Blink-182, Blondie and more in the daily tour recap for May 15, 2009.

A few months after announcing their comeback, Blink-182 has unveiled the details of their plan, which includes a nearly 50-city tour of North America with Fall Out Boy and Weezer. Another major tour has been cemented with announcements from Blondie and Pat Benatar about their month-long co-headline venture booked for late summer.

If that’s not enough to satiate your live music needs, folk rock supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash have expanded their summer touring plans by more than 20 dates since we last checked in with them. Sadly, the same cannot be said for Depeche Mode, which has been forced to cancel a block of dates in Europe as frontman David Gahan undergoes medical treatments.

Those are the complete concert and tour reports for this Friday. Read on for a few more highlights from the day’s updates with our itineraries in brief, and be sure to check back with us next week for more of the latest industry news.
