TicketNetwork launches free ticket data sharing program
If there's one thing that the owners of major professional sports teams, the executives of the big four sports leagues, the managers of musicians and those who operate concert venues all have in common, it's a need to know how ticket sales are going and which demographics are attending their games and shows. Such information can be difficult to find and costly to obtain, though, even for people in these powerful positions.
TicketNetwork hopes it has the answer — and at a price everyone can afford — with its Stats program, which will provide detailed information about ticket sales free of charge to interested parties in the business.

TicketNetwork wins changes to rating system in fight with Better Business Bureau
The national Better Business Bureau (BBB) is altering the way the organization rates businesses, following an investigation by the Connecticut Attorney General's office that the system was unfair, and a lawsuit filed against the Connecticut chapter by TicketNetwork.
