Washington, D.C. — D.C. United announced today that individual tickets for the club’s game against Los Angeles Galaxy will go on sale on Monday, July 2 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The match is set for a 7:00 p.m. ET kick-off at RFK Stadium on August 9 before a nation-wide television audience on ESPN2.

“With an exciting season already well underway, the Los Angeles game is selling at an unprecedented pace,” said United Executive Vice President Stephen Zack. “We’re expecting to fill every seat at RFK Stadium on August 9, so fans need to act early to assure their attendance at this historic match.” . .

United has already sold nearly 30,000 tickets in the form of season tickets, ticket plans and group orders. Ticket packages are still available before the individual ticket sale date, including full and half-season ticket plans and two versions of a five-game MLS Stars plan which include MLS Cup. Nearly 2,500 preferred seating locations are being held for sale to individuals opting for one of these options. Group orders or 20+ are also currently available. The 12,500 remaining seats are available for individual game purchase on Monday for $35 per seat.
