Ticket sales for Florida Grand Opera’s 2006-07 season set new records for attendance and revenue generated.
The company announced this week that its total ticket sales revenue of $7,230,000 represents a 38% increase over last season’s figure of $5,226,400 (which was itself a record). . .
In total, 117,346 seats were filled for the 2006-07 season, which consisted of 53 performances of six productions; the previous season’s attendance was 91,321. Ticket sales for the season reached 91.4% of capacity, with nearly half of the performances sold out. (Full Story)
