He is so caught up: Usher ties the Knot in Private

Pop star Usher Raymond, 28, married Tameka Foster, 37, in a private wedding over the weekend in the office of the singer’s attorney in Atlanta. Usher’s mother did not attend the wedding, confirming speculation that she did not approve of her sons nuptials.
Last week’s sudden cancellation of Usher’s wedding ceremony sparked rumors that the couple had parted due to suspicious circumstances involving Foster’s past. These rumors were unsubstantiated and most likely attributed to over zealous fan gossip.
Turns out the wedding was postponed due to a pregnancy scare. Responding to media inquiries, Usher stated “Everybody’s fine.
Tameka and the baby are fine.” The couple reportedly had wanted to tie the knot before Foster’s pregnancy became obviously visible. This will be the couple’s first child together; Foster also has three children from a previous marriage.
Usher is planning to release a new album later this year, his first since the wildly successful “Confessions” disc sold more than 8 million copies. A tour will likely follow and extend into 2008.
