Acclaimed four-time ARIA winner (Australian Grammys) Ben Lee hits the road on Nov. 1 In Santa Barbara, CA in support of “Ripe,” his new album on New West Records. The tour winds down back in California Dec. 13 in San Diego.
Cary Brothers and Kate Voegele will be joining Lee and his keyboard player Nic Johns on the road. Brothers, with his debut LP, “Who You Are,” offers up a melodic journey of indie heartache, with a nod to ‘80s New Wave and unabashed pop redemption. He appears on all dates. Voegele, a 20-year-old multi- talented singer/songwriter, whose debut album is “Don’t Look Away,” joins the remainder of the tour beginning on Nov. 20 in New York.
Lee’s new album debuted at #8 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, and was produced by John Alagia (Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer).
