A Colorado Rockies spokesman said Tuesday afternoon that general sale tickets for the World Series games at Coors Field were selling, albeit slowly, according to the Denver Business Journal.
“It’s very busy, it’s very slow but it’s certainly moving and we hope it picks up,” said Jay Alves, the team’s vice president of communications, a hastily called press conference shortly after 12:30 p.m. MST.
He wouldn’t say how many tickets had been sold so far today.
