Ticket Summit 2008, the secondary ticket market’s largest industry conference, is still five months away, but the attendance list is already impressive, attracting representatives from a variety of sports teams and venues.

Ticket brokers attending the conference will have a opportunity to interact with team representatives from the National Basketball Association’s Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers, as well as Major League Baseball’s Minnesota Twins, San Diego Padres, and Washington Nationals.

In addition to sports teams in attendance, many event venues are sending delegates to the conference, as well. The American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA and the Dallas Stars of the NHL, and the Phillips Arena, home of the NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers, will both be sending representatives.

Auto racing will also be well represented at Ticket Summit, with executives from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Lowe’s Motor Speedway and Texas Motor Speedway expected to attend.
