The Bangkok Five are heading out on a 13-date U.S. club tour, with Bobaflex, starting May 1 in New Port Richey, FL. The band is supporting their sophomore album, “We Love What Kills Us” (Long Live Crime Records).

Originally due out May 13, “We Love What Kills Us” will now be released on June 10, marking the first time the band will release music in two languages: the same five songs in English and in Spanish. The band is Frost (vocals), Sweeney (lead guitar), Coatez (bass), Blanco (drums) and Bobby S. (guitar).

“We Love What Kills Us” is the follow-up to the band’s 2006 debut, “Who’s Gonna Take Us Alive?” (Universal, whose first single, “Spread Eagle,” hit # 1 on several tastemaker indie rock radio stations across the country and led to tours of Europe, Canada and the U.S. with bands such as Hot Hot Heat, The Cult, The Stooges, The Bronx, Buckcherry, (International) Noise Conspiracy and Papa Roach.
