Austin, TX (Front Gate Solutions) April 21, 2008 – Front Gate Solutions today announced that it has launched a set of marketing tools to help users of its web-based ticketing and online store software better understand its customers and their interests. The marketing module includes a list segmentation analyzer so that venues, performing arts centers, touring artists, sports teams and other Front Gate Solutions clients can initiate more targeted email marketing campaigns to customers based on criteria such as purchase history, geographic location, and general interests. This module integrates with Front Gate’s newsletter solution so that once a desired customer grouping has been identified an HTML newsletter can be easily created, sent, and tracked for campaign effectiveness.
