With speculation persisting that Paul McCartney will tour globally this year, TicketNews has learned that anxious Macca fans will have to wait a little longer.
“There is no confirmed tour and no confirmed tour dates,” McCartney’s spokesperson told Ticketnews. “With that said, Paul has stated publicly his intention to tour in the coming year.”
McCartney last toured in 2005.
There is also speculation that McCartney will play with Billy Joel on one or both of the Piano Man’s Shea Stadium concerts on July 16 and 18, but there has not been any official word on that.
