“The Rose Bowl selects AudienceView Ticketing to facilitate all ticketing and CRM”

London, UK (AudienceView) – May 27, 2008 – AudienceView Ticketing announced today the signing of The Rose Bowl, home of one of the English domestic cricket league’s leading teams, Hampshire Cricket. The venue selected AudienceView’s comprehensive solution for all of its ticketing and customer relationship management activities across the organization. Under the new partnership, The Rose Bowl has an unprecedented level of control over their service charges, their branding, and their data.

Speaking about the deal, Rose Bowl plc’s Group Commercial Director, Stuart Robertson said, “We conducted a very thorough tender for our new ticketing system and AudienceView came out clear winners. We were particularly impressed with the system’s Business Intelligence tools and the extremely thorough and professional approach shown by all key personnel.”

Hampshire sought a fully integrated online solution that would reduce administrative costs while centralizing data across departments. In addition, being able to fully brand every aspect of their business, including online and ticketing was a significant motivation for the club in selecting AudienceView. Additionally, with greater access to and understanding of their data, Hampshire has the ability to better identify with their fans, responding to their needs and giving them what they want, the way they want it.

TFL and ATBS for ticketing professionals

AudienceView’s white label ticketing solution provides Hampshire with everything they need to create relationships with their patrons, manage and control all aspects of their matches, and dramatically increase revenue opportunities through new sales channels.

Hampshire is one of the 18 major county clubs which make up the English domestic cricket structure. The club plays all of its home games at the 10,000-seat Rose Bowl (expandable to 20,000), newly built in 2001 and located at West End, near Southampton. Hampshire’s success and a drive to attract international matches are the forces behind the present £45 million redevelopment which will include the building of an on-site hotel and see the seating grow to 25,000. The addition of AudienceView Ticketing into this mix gives the club the foundation upon which to build an even stronger and more successful future for the business and for the fans. By empowering the club with the means to expertly manage ticket sales, drive revenue and connect with fans, AudienceView is providing a white label ticketing solution that puts the Club and its relationships in control – not the ticketing company.

“I truly believe that our success with cricket and football clubs in the UK speaks to the flexibility of our solution to meet the needs of this highly developed and demanding market,” said AudienceView President and CEO Kevin Kimsa. “Hampshire Cricket and The Rose Bowl are well positioned to take advantage of AudienceView’s central data source, single view of the customer, and innovative web-based technology.”

AudienceView provides leading edge, integrated ticketing services to leading arenas, stadiums, arts venues, and theaters worldwide. Since 2002 the company has steadily expanded to include more than 80 clients and 120+ venues across North America, the UK, and Asia.
