With the July 29 release of his US debut album, “A Larum,” British country/blues/folk artist Johnny Flynn has lined up his first North American tour this fall. Flynn will be co-headlining with 2008 Mercury Prize nominee and fellow Brit, Laura Marling; the two will take turns closing the show.
Beginning on September 13 in Allston, MA, the club tour finishes up on October 4 in Toronto, ONT after 12 shows, including an October 3 appearance at the Pop Montreal Festival.
In addition to “A Larum,” Flynn has also made available a free, limited-edition EP, “Hong Kong Cemetery,” featuring tracks from the full-length album, as well as non-album and vinyl-only versions of other songs. The EP is available in select record stores across the country.
Following North America, Flynn returns to the UK for a string of shows from October 17-30.
