Cobra Starship is back on the road with its Sassy Back Tour starting on October 7 in Buffalo, NY, and wrapping 35 shows later on November 30 in Albany, NY. A trio of pop-rock acts — Forever The Sickest Kids, Hit The Lights, and Sing It Loud — will provide support.

Cobra Starship is still touring behind its critically acclaimed second album, “Viva La Cobra!” produced by Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump. A blend of alternative dance, pop-punk and alternative rock genres, the group debuted in 2006 with “While the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets.” The debut topped Billboard’s Top Heatseekers chart.

Cobra Starship’s members were among the first stars of MTV’s “52 Bands,” a special feature segment that highlights one new band per week throughout the year.

After selling out their first headlining tour, which spanned more than 45 cities from January 16 to March 8, and included second shows in many markets, Cobra Starship played various festivals this spring. They then spent the entire summer on the Vans Warped Tour, which wraps on August 16.
