While most national tours will pause for the Thanksgiving holiday, a few of the industry’s biggest names will close their North American ventures entirely during the week ending December 1 as compiled by TicketNews.

The teen heartthrob Jonas Brothers are slated to perform their final concert of 2008 just after the holiday on November 30 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, CA. After their upcoming shows, including a November 29 show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV, the sibling trio will be off the road until their March 8 gig at the Houston Rodeo in Houston, TX.

The reigning queen of pop, Madonna, will also wrap her North American tour this week before heading to South America for her 11-show run. With her final U.S. show set for tomorrow (November 26) at Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL, this is the last chance for fans to grab tickets to see Madge in 2008.

Another hot-selling ticket of the season will be closing its doors in North America as Coldplay completes a few final shows before heading across the pond for a December run of the UK. Led by Chris Martin, the rockers will wrap the stateside tour leg tonight (November 25) at Honda Center in Anaheim, CA, and tomorrow (November 26) at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, AZ.
