Although no acts nor the number of concerts have been announced for this coming summer, the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, NY, is now selling general admission space on the lawn with its 2009 Season Lawn Pass. The concert series is now in its fourth year on the site of the historic Woodstock Music and Arts Festival in 1969.

The pass is priced at $299 (after December 31: $349) plus a $10 handling fee. Each order carries a $6.50 shipping charge. It is estimated that the pass will save more than $100 per event in service charge fees. There will not be any refunds or exchanges for unattended concerts.

There are no re-entry privileges and is only valid for one time per event. The Lawn Pass is not valid for admission to The Museum at Bethel Woods, the Events Gallery, Special Exhibits or special events at the Terrace Stage.

Some of the summer 2008 acts included Jonas Brothers, the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra & Fireworks, Journey/Heart/Cheap Trick, and Rascal Flatts.
