Due to a “dire family health emergency,” singer-songwriter Bonnie Raitt has rescheduled 11 concerts in March to October, according to a post on her Web site. Events booked for March 11-20 have been moved to October 14-24.

The March 11 show in Pensacola, FL, is now October 20; the March 13 performance in St. Augustine, FL, is now October 24; the March 14 set in Pompano Beach, FL, is now October 23; the March 15 gig in Clearwater, FL, is now October 24; the March 17 event in Asheville, NC, is now October 13; the March 18 concert in Savannah, GA, is now October 17; the March 20 show in Myrtle Beach, SC, is now October 17; and the March 22 stand in Knoxville, TN, is now October 14.

Due to planned renovations at the Township Auditorium in October, a new date and venue for Raitt’s March 21 show in Columbia, SC, will be confirmed shortly.

Original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled dates. Raitt’s concerts from February 27 at Morris Performing Arts Center in South Bend, IN, through March 9 at the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, TX, will go on as scheduled.

“Bonnie is very sorry and regrets any inconvenience to her fans,” said the post. “Thank you for your continued support.”
