From July 15 – 17, Ticket Summit, the secondary ticketing industry’s leading conference and trade show, will bring together more than 500 attendees to discuss this year’s developments and the future of the ticketing industry.

The conference’s wide range of panel sessions will offer attendees a chance to learn from industry experts about the future of the theater industry, customer service, legal trends, pricing strategies, public relations, and international business practices. Ray Waddell, Executive Director of Content & Programming for Touring and Live Entertainment at Billboard, will give the opening remarks on Wednesday. Attendees will learn about ticketing in a recession economy from Chris Tsakalakis, general manager of StubHub, at Thursday’s keynote address.

The exhibition hall will feature 17 exhibitors, including TicketNetwork, The Better Ticketing Association, Celebrity Access, PowerPay, Ticket Inspector, Ticket Broadcast, FanSnap, Europe Start, TicketNews, Epic Inventory Management, PSL Marketplace, Ticket Buyer, ASTA-UK, Free Ticket Exchange, the New Jersey Nets, and the V Theater.

Special events include a cocktail party on Wednesday, a poker tournament on Thursday, Ticket Summit Enterprise Awards on Friday, and the closing gala at LAVO Nightclub on Friday. A limited number of complimentary show tickets are available for the Blue Man Group, V Theater, Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, and Voices. Online registration for Ticket Summit has closed; full conference passes will be sold at the registration desk from July 15 – 17.
