Ticketmaster has begun taking orders for an extravagant coffee table book, called “The Official Michael Jackson Opus,” that the late singer had been planning months before his death. The book, published by Kraken Opus, is scheduled to be released in early December, and the pre-order price is $165. According to USA Today, Kraken Opus approached Jackson about the book a year before his death and got his full participation in the project, which was to include images from his comeback concerts at the O2 Arena in London this summer. The 400-page book will include essays, poetry and illustrations, many of which will be exclusive, and will also be offered through MichaelJackson.com and MichaelJacksonOpus.com.
