West Coast rap icons Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube will partner next month for the How the West Was One Tour.

The one-month outing launches July 14 at Paramount Theatre in Seattle, WA, and wraps two weeks later on July 30 at 9th Street Summerfest in Columbia, MO. Along the way, the duo will also perform on July 16 at Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, OR, and July 29 at the VooDoo Lounge in North Kansas City, MO.

The first public ticket sales for the tour began over the June 25-27 weekend. Listings on Ticketmaster.com show prices ranging from market to market, with a low of $35 in Columbia and a high of $125 in North Kansas City.

A couple VIP ticket options are also available. However, a notice on Snoop Dogg’s official Web site states that the VIP packages are non-transferable and “not valid” if purchased through a third party.

Both Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube were scheduled at alternate times to tour this summer with Limp Bizkit. When Snoop backed out of the engagement, Ice Cube was his replacement on the billing. Ultimately, Limp Bizkit cancelled the summer tour, purportedly taking issue with the type of venues booked, thus freeing the veteran rappers to book their own U.S. tour for the same time.
