The New York Knicks were forced to postpone a game against the Orlando Magic, scheduled for tonight, November 2, due to an asbestos-related accident at Madison Square Garden (MSG). According to the team and the New York Daily News, asbestos debris fell from the ceiling onto the court, and MSG officials are working with city and private inspectors and crews to evaluate and deal with the situation. MSG workers were reportedly cleaning debris following the November 1 New York Rangers game when the accident occurred. No injuries were reported.
