Marc Anthony, Marco Antonio Solis, and Chayanne are touring together on a U.S. tour with stops in 16 cities. The trio are three of the biggest musicians in the Latin music genre. Their tour, called Gigant3s, will kick off on August 3, at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL and is scheduled to finish up at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV on September 14. The tour will also make stops in other big cities such as Chicago, Houston, and Anaheim, and Dallas.

The Gigant3s tour will be a historic tour. “This tour is enormous, not only from a production standpoint, but musically and historically speaking. It is the first time that three leading artists of their genre come together for a major tour. We’re excited to kick off the tour and I’m confident that fans will enjoy this unique musical event,” said CMN President/CEO Henry Cardenas, according to Billboard.com.

The three artists may have different styles of music, but they will come together in one show. They have worked together in the past and are great friends. Marc Anthony said, “I think it’s helped that we worked together. We all want to present a spectacle that connects the three of us in one show. Marc Anthony is a multi-talented star and who has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. He is a salsa singer, songwriter, and actor. His debut album in 1991 was called “When the Night is Over,” and it hit the top slot on Billboard’s dance music charts.

Marco Anthony’s fourth album, “Contra la Corriente” won a Grammy for Best Tropical Latin Performance in 1999. He crossed over to mainstream with his self-title album released in 1999, which reached the top ten of the main Billboard album chart. He went on to release many Spanish language albums and his latest album titled, “Dos Clasicos” was released in 2011.

In regards to the Gigant3s tour Marc Anthony said, “I’m such a big fan of theirs. I’m looking forward to spending time with our fans and getting back onstage to perform with two of my favorite artists. Marco Antonio Solis is a Mexican musician, songwriter, and producer was born in Michoacan, Mexico. Solis has sold over 80 million records and has written over 300 songs. He formed Los Bukis in the 1970s, when he was a teenager and the group became popular in Mexico and Central America. He began his solo career in 1995 and became a success in the U.S.,even receiving a star on the Hollywood walk of fame in 2010.

“Una Noche de Luna,” Solis’s latest album was just released to kick off the Gigant3s tour. Marco Antonio Solis said, “The wait is over and we’re excited to kick off this tour. I’m looking forward to seeing our fans and sharing the stage with two great friends and truly talented artists,” according to Cmnevents.com.

Chayanne is a Puerto Rican pop singer and actor. He joined the group “Los Chicos” when he was only 11 years old. The group released five albums before ending in 1984. He has released 21 albums and sold over 30 million albums since he began his solo career. His 1989 album earned a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Performance.

In regards to the Gigant3s tour, Chayanne said, “Being in front of an audience is special, but doing it along with Marco and Marc will be unforgettable. In some ways we are very different, but when it comes to putting on a great show for our fans, we have very much in common.
