Lady Gaga is returning to the stage this fall after spending over seven months recovering from hip surgery. The singer will perform at London’s Roundhouse in September as part of the iTunes Festival, an event which brings thirty nights of free music to the historic UK venue. This performance will not only mark Gaga’s return to the spotlight, but it is also in support of the launch of her new album Artpop. According to inside sources, Gaga is planning on taking an entirely new direction for the latest album and costumes and stage sets for the event are already in the works.
