Today, TicketNetwork released its TicketNetwork® Mobile App. This native app, available for both IOS and Android, allows ticket brokers unprecedented mobile access to their TicketNetwork inventory. The app features most of the functionality of the TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale, including the ability to manage wholesale prices on ticket groups individually or for all ticket groups to an event, see all invoices, broadcast/unbroadcast tickets, manage on hand status, edit notes, access links for eTickets, and much more.
With the mobile app, ticket brokers will be able to manage their inventory from everywhere they go.
Getting started with the TicketNetwork® Mobile POS is as simple as creating an account and entering the broker’s TicketNetwork Broker ID. Once a broker’s account has been approved, inventory is readily accessible, with no migration necessary.
“We are very excited to unveil the TicketNetwork Mobile POS,” said Don Vaccaro, CEO of TicketNetwork. “The team has done a great job building an app that will serve brokers well. Now brokers will be able to manage their TicketNetwork inventory more conveniently from their IOS and Android devices. They’ll be able to sell more tickets, increase their inventory, and assist their customers more quickly. They’ll even be able to resend eTickets right from the app!”
Roger Jones of Alliance Tickets says, “I’ve stopped paying for VPN” with the TicketNetwork® Mobile POS.
Pricing for the mobile app is as low as $50 per month per device. Interested ticket brokers should visit the website or contact a TicketNetwork sales representative at firstname.lastname@example.org. The app can be downloaded from the iTunes store and the Android Play Store, where it can be found under “TicketNetwork Mobile POS”.
