Hockey took the top spot on yesterday’s best-selling events list as the NHL Conference Finals continue, according to sales data from Ticket Club.
NHL games this weekend were hot commodities; tonight, the Washington Capitals will face Tampa Bay Lightning, and tomorrow, the Vegas Golden Knights will take on the Winnipeg Jets. The NBA Conference Finals also made an appearance on the list for yesterday’s game — the Houston Rockets defeated the Golden State Warriors 127-105. Other notable sports events include the International Friendly match between Mexico and Wales later this month, as well as the Dallas Cowboys v. Jacksonville Jaguars football game. The Indianapolis 500 is also coming up, set to take place at the speedway on May 27.
Four-day passes to the 2018 CMA Music Festival, which will feature Luke Bryan, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, and Brothers Osborne, clocked in at No. 2. Drake and Migos took two spots on the top-sellers list, since the ‘Aubrey and the Three Amigos’ tour was announced earlier this week. Tickets to see Elton John, along with Fleetwood Mac, Phil Collins, U2, and Jason Aldean sold well due to ongoing and upcoming tour dates.
Broadway shows Hamilton and Springsteen on Broadway, as well as the comedian Jo Koy, were among the day’s hottest tickets sold.
