For the sixth year, the three-day FORM music festival will return to Arcosanti, Arizona with improved ticket prices and shuttle options.
The festival will take place from May 10 – 12, 2019. FORM co-founder Zach Tetrault said while approaching next year’s event, he knew the team had to make some “hard decisions.”
“We decided to stay true to our roots,” he told Phoenix New Times. “For 2019 we’ll stay small, intentional and vibrant as ever, while adding more for you to see, hear, and do.”
One of the changes to the 2019 fest includes lower ticket prices; early bid tickets have dropped from $399 to $349 this year. Additionally, new shuttle buses will be added to bring concertgoers to Arcosanti from Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, and Los Angeles.
However, just like recent years, Tetrault told New Times he would like the keep the festival intimate, offering just 2,000 tickets and no VIP sections or overlapping sets. The singular ticket option is meant to promote inclusiveness and a communal experience for guests, he said.
While all festival attendees will have the same ticket option to view performances, there are a few bundle options that will include accommodations or meals. Concertgoers have the option to camp onsite, reenter the fest each day, stay in an RV, or have a “glamping” option.
Next year’s lineup is yet to be announced, but a launch party for FORM 2019 will take place next January in Phoenix. In previous years, the festival hosted acts like Skrillex, Flying Lotus, Fleet Foxes, and Blood Orange, among others. Aside from music, FORM also offers art exhibitions, panel discussions, yoga and wellness programs, and stargazing opportunities.
Tickets are now available for $349 or a payment plan of $69 a month. For additional information, visit FORM’s website.
