Slayer, who is on their farewell world tour, has announced a new North America leg of the trek, set to take place early 2019.

The new addition to the tour will be their fifth leg overall. While the legendary metalheads already visited the U.S. earlier this year, they were “blown away by the speed of sales for the final run,” noting that the band is “bigger than ever before,” even 36 years later.

“We’ve been blown away by the response we’ve been getting here in North America,” guitarist Kerry King said in a press release after the first U.S. leg. “We’ve heard about fans who have driven five, six hours, or flown in from other cities or countries to see us, so we want to assure our fans that we’ll be on the road through 2019 and will get to as many places around the world as possible to make it easier for everyone to come and see us one last time.”

The group will return to North America on May 2 in Phoenix, following a handful of shows in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and the Philippines. From there, they’ll make stops in cities like Dallas, West Palm Beach, Ottawa, and Camden before wrapping-up in Mansfield, Massachusetts late May. They will be joined by artists Anthrax, Behemoth, Lamb of God, Amon Amarth, and Cannibal Corpse, varying per show.

Throughout the summer, the band will perform at festivals and gigs throughout Europe, aside from a headlining spot at Canada’s Heavy Montreal music festival.
