The rockers of Dave Matthews Band have announced a massive North American tour for this summer in support of 2018’s Come Tomorrow.
The 60-date summer trek is set to kick-off in Pensacola, Florida on April 30, followed by shows in cities like Bethel, Hartford, Cincinnati, Charlotte, and Sacramento. As tradition, the group will perform a three-day run at Quincy, Washington’s Gorge Amphitheatre before the tour wraps-up in Ashbury Park, New Jersey at Sea.Hear.Now Festival. Along the way, they’ll also make an appearance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, performing alongside acts like Pitbull and Diana Ross on May 4.
Last year, the group embarked on a brief 10-city North American fall tour, hitting arenas around the country like Madison Square Garden, TD Garden, Mohegan Sun Arena, and John Paul Jones Arena. Preceding the summer outing, they’ll play “Three Days on the Beach” with Tim Reynolds in Riviera Maya, Mexico in February, followed by a European tour.
Come Tomorrow, Dave Matthews Band’s ninth studio album, dropped in June 2018. The LP, featuring singles “Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin),” “Again and Again,” and “That Girl Is You,” follows 2014’s Under the Table and Dreaming. While the pop-rock, funk, and jazz group has an eclectic range of music, they’re best-known for their 1996 smash hits “Crash Into Me,” “So Much to Say,” and “Too Much.”
