New-wave party group B-52s will celebrate their 40-year anniversary with a world tour this summer.

The 40-date outing will kick-off in Europe late June after their appearance at Sunfest, Kaaboo Texas, and Nashville’s Boogie Vintage Weekender in May. They’ll make stops in cities like London, Paris, and Berlin before heading to the states in August. The U.S. trek will visit Los Angeles, Phoenix, Austin, Detroit, and Philadelphia, among others, before wrapping-up at New York City’s Summerstage series in Central Park. During most dates, they’ll be joined by OMD and Berlin.

While they’re set to return with a massive tour, the group also announced plans to release their first-ever memoir next year. The documentary will delve into the band’s history from their formation in 1976 to present day. Directed by Craig Johnson and produced by Fred Armisen, fans can expect to see an on-screen version of the group’s success, commemorating hits like “Whammy!,” “Love Shack,” and “Deadbeat Club.”
