Pitbull was slated to perform last night at the Northern Quest Casino in Airway Heights, Washington, but due to a family emergency, he had to cancel the show.
The rapper was supposed to take the stage at 7:30 p.m., but according to the Casino’s website, he had an “unforeseen family emergency.” A new date has been announced for September 6. Tickets will be honored at the new date, but refunds will be immediately refunded to guests if they wish before July 19. More tickets are also available for the September show.
Pitbull made news earlier this month after failing to appear to a concert at The Cubs’ South Bend. It is unclear if the concert will be rescheduled at this time. If the show is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be able to get a full refund. Fans have the opportunity to hold onto their tickets until a final decision is made regarding a rescheduled gig, should they choose.
“Mr. Worldwide,” best known for party anthems like “Timber” with Kesha, “Give Me Everything,” and “Time Of Our Lives,” has sold more than 70 million singles, performing across 50 countries. While he first began his career with raggae, latin, and hip-hop music, he’s crossed over into the pop world. His last record, Climate Change, was released in 2017, featuring singles “Freedom” and “I’m Free.”
This summer, Pitbull is on tour with Enrique Iglesias. He is set to appear next on June 27 at Westside Pavilion in Tuolumne, California. From there, he’s slated to appear in cities like Albuquerque, Pomona, Reno, and Del Mar.
