Country artist Kip Moore is following Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton by announcing his own six-date Dive Bar Tour this summer.
While venues were not announced at this time, Moore shared the cities he will visit, kicking things off in Detroit, Michigan on September 15. From there, he’ll stop in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Chicago before wrapping-up in Madison, Wisconsin on August 23. He’s also added another leg to his Room To Spare: Acoustic Tour in cities like Seattle, Phoenix, Tucson, Pensacola, and Phoenix. During the new shows, he’ll be joined by Tucker Beathard and Devin Dawson, varying per date.
“Connecting with people through our live show brings me pure joy,” Moore said in a statement. “I’m really looking forward to the Bud Light Dive Bar dates, as it will take us back to where we started and where our journey began. It also gives us the opportunity to get a little wild with the show. Then we’ll be able to strip it back down this fall with the next leg of acoustic dates.
“The rapport we’ve felt with the crowds through the acoustic shows has been really special and I’m so glad the fans are enjoying it and we get to bring it to even more cities.”
Moore is touring in support his 2018 EP Room To Spare: The Acoustic Sessions, which includes tracks “Plead The Fifth,” ” He is best-known for tunes like 2012’s “Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck” and “Hey Pretty Girl” off his debut record, as well as 2017’s “Last Shot” and “More Girls Like You” from his last LP SLOWHEART. Earlier this year, he dropped a remix for the song “The Bull” with Brandon Day.
