Two college bowl games will release tickets this weekend as the college football season kicks off. The Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl in Nashville will release general sale tickets on Sunday. The December game will see one team from the NCAA Southeastern Conference face-off against a team from either the Big Ten or Atlantic Coast Conference. The Auburn Tigers were the 2018 winners of the Music City Bowl.
The Allstate Sugar Bowl will also have tickets available this weekend, with presale starting Saturday and general sale tickets available Sunday. One of the oldest bowl games in the country will see one team from the Big 12 meet a team from the Southeastern Conference on New Year’s Day in New Orleans. The Texas Longhorns proved themselves as the 2018 Sugar Bowl Champions.
Additional sports tickets on sale this weekend include Robert Morris University’s hockey game against Ontario Tech, Pittsburgh Penguins affiliate the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games and New Mexico State’s volleyball home games.
The Toronto International Film Festival will also release tickets this weekend. Individual screenings will go on presale Saturday and Sunday, with general sales beginning Monday. Michelangelo – A Different View is an art installation bringing replications of Michelangelo’s world-renowned Sistine Chapel paintings to Baton Rouge. Attendees will have the chance to see Michelangelo’s art closer than ever possible through April, with general sale tickets available Monday.
The inaugural ANA Honolulu Music Week celebration will have tickets available this weekend as well. Performances from Engelbert Humperdinck, the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, violinist Ryu Goto, and many more will go on general sale Sunday.
