Pop singer David Archuletta, best-known as the runner-up for American Idol in 2008, will hit the road in 2020 for a six-week trek.

The “OK, All Right” tour will kick-off on March 30 in Los Angeles, California, followed by gigs in Boise, Omaga, Chicago, Toronto, and Columbus. He’ll make stops along the way at intimate venues like the Tower Theatre in Bend, Oregon, Pittsburgh’s Club Cafe, the City Winery in Boston, and the Plaza in Orlando, as well as a three-night stop in Connecticut for gigs in Fairfield, Hartford, and Norfolk. Fort Lauderdale, Florida will close-out the run at the Broward Center on May 11.

Currently, Archuletta is on tour in support of his 2018 holiday album Winter in the Air. He will release a new record in 2020; Over the summer, he dropped the single “Paralyzed,” which was his first release since 2017’s Postcards In The Sky.

“Paralyzed was a bit of a venting song,” Archuletta said in a press release. “I get frustrated watching myself hesitate so much, and not let go of things from the past that I know I should. A lot of those past things are fears, anger, resentment, and I see how they all form excuses in my mind of why I can’t move forward. I watch as missed opportunities fly and I just do nothing, because I freeze. It gets me so frustrated! This song is the battle with those paralyzing thoughts and I intend to be the victor.”
