The “No Scrubs” singers of TLC had to postpone their gig in Honolulu this weekend due to a family medical emergency.

TLC was slated to perform at the Blaisdell Arena on Saturday, February 15, and noted that they were looking forward to the show. However, a member of their immediate family needed medical attention, causing the group to postpone the gig to a date next year. Ticketholders can receive a refund via point of purchase or at the Blaisdell Box Office.

“We can’t wait to see you Hawaii!” the pair said in a statement.

The group has a handful of one-off shows coming up this year, including a gig at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, Nevada next month, followed by a show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in California in June. Then, late June, the pair will head overseas to perform in London at the O2 Sheperd’s Bush Empire.

TLC is the best-selling American girl group of all time, along with the second best-selling girl group worldwide, following the Spice Girls. Originally a trio, TLC garnered attention with smash-hit singles “Waterfalls,” “No Scrubs,” “Creep,” and “Unpretty.” They embarked on a few comeback tours over the past few years, including the “Whole Lotta Hits Tour” in 2019 with Nelly and Flo Rida. Their self-titled record dropped in 2017.
