Halestorm and Evanescence have announced a joint tour of the United States for the fall of 2021, with tickets going on sale this week. The tour launches on November 5 in Portland, Oregon, with 15 stops currently scheduled before it wraps on December 18 in Worcester, Massachusetts. The tour brings together a pair of bands featuring powerful female vocalists in Amy Lee and Lzzy Hale.

“We have all been mourning the loss of live music, and patiently waiting, looking toward an uncertain future,” Hale says. “Finally the future looks bright and I can’t think of a better way to break the silence than with our dear friends in Evanescence. I can only imagine how it will feel to step on stage again night after night, and reconnect with all of the fans whom I’ve missed so much. Get ready for intense emotions, loud performances, and a newly exhilirated energy unlike any tour we’ve experienced in the past. Looking forward to seeing you all!”

The women have previously collaborated, with Hale providing back-up vocals on Evanescence’s “Use My Voice” last year, with Lee performing with Halestorm on a new version of the song “Break In.”

“Words can’t express how excited we are to go back on tour with our friends and rock out again,” Lee says. “We’ve been building this new music in isolation for over a year and dreaming of what it will be like to finally play it live, and to experience it together with our fans for the first time. We can’t wait to see you there!”

Currently scheduled tour dates include stops in Seattle, Las Vegas, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Newark, New Jersey. The release announcing the tour also indicates that additional dates may be added soon. Tickets will be on sale for the general public on Friday, May 14, with presales expected between now and that date, including a Spotify presale planned to begin on Wednesday, May 12.
