Austin City Limits Music Festival announced its 2023 performance lineup and put tickets on sale this week, with  Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons and many more making their way to Austin’s Zilker Park in October. The nine-stage extravaganza is set for October 6-8 and October 13-15 with 3-day tickets for both weekends on sale beginning Tuesday.

“Austin City Limits Music Festival’s stages are where the next generation of headliners are born, and where music fans can experience an abundance of artist discovery across the diverse and inclusive bill,” says the Live Nation Entertainment press release regarding the ACL lineup. “2023’s roster features 45% female performers, LGBTQ+ artists, allies and icons, multiple Latin stars including Ivan Cornejo, Kevin Kaarl, Eddie Zuko, and much more.

Performer highlights announced Tuesday start off with Kendrick Lamar, Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons, Shania Twain (Weekend One only), The Lumineers, ODESZA, Alanis Morissette and The 1975 (Weekend Two only). But the bill goes much deeper than just the headlining acts, with others scheduled to perform including Hozier, Kali Uchis, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Maggie Rogers, Labrinth, Cigarettes After Sex, Niall Horan, Tove Lo, Thirty Seconds to Mars. Homegrown Texas acts, always a feature at ACL, include The Mars Volta, Tanya Tucker, Ben Kweller, d4dv, Jimmy Vaughn, Asleep at the Wheel, Penny & Sparrow, Randall King, Abraham Alexander, Angel White, BigXThaPlug and many more.

ACL Music Festival pass prices start at $335 for general admission, $705 for GA+, $1,755 for VIP, and $5,705 for “platinum” levels – and those passes are separate for the two weekends of the event. Prices from the organizers can be purchased through aclfestival.com/tickets or via multiple ticket resale marketplaces linked below. It is unclear whether or not pass prices will rise throughout the sales process, as has become typical for high profile festivals that sell in “tiers” that rise in price as the early-bird purchases grab the less expensive passes.
