Japan’s JO1 Announces First-Ever Global Tour

The rising Japanese boy group JO1 is heading out on their first-ever global tour next year.

The11-member band will kick-off the brief run on February 15 at the Taipei Music Center. From there, they’ll appear at the TRUE ICON HALL in Bangkok and The Belasco in Los Angeles. New York City will round-out the tour with a performance at the Brooklyn Bowl on March 4.

JO1, managed by LAPONE Entertainment, arrived on the scene in 2020. They garnered attention for their J-pop and K-pop influences and achieved success with hits like “Infinity” (無限大Mugendai), “Shine A Light,” and “OH-EH-OH” from their 2020 debut The Star, as well as Kizuna‘s “With Us” and “Born To Be Wild.” Earlier this year, they dropped singles “WHERE DO WE GO” and “JOin us!!”

Tickets to JO1’s tour are currently on sale here. Fans can also score tickets via secondary ticketing site Ticket Club (use code TICKETNEWS for a free, one-year membership offer).

This year, JO1 also made waves by winning a total of four music awards at ASEA 2024, TMA 2024 in two categories, and KGMA 2024. Additionally, they appeared on all of Korea’s major music programs. They’re celebrating their five-year anniversary this December.
