San Francisco, Calif. (Eventbrite) May 23, 2011 – Eventbrite announced today that Barry McCarthy, former CFO of Netflix, has joined the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. This announcement follows the completion of a $50 million Series E financing round led by Tiger Global.
