Tony Bennett was slated to perform in Davenport, Iowa tomorrow night, but due to “unforeseen circumstances,” the show has been cancelled.

The venue, Adler Theatre, announced the cancellation, but did not add any explanation. Ticketholders will receive refunds at point of purchase, and no rescheduled show has been announced.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and look forward to seeing you soon at the Adler Theatre,” the venue said in a Facebook post.

Fans are hoping that the 92-year-old singer just had a scheduling conflict, rather than any health concerns.

Bennett is still touring despite his age. In a recent interview with the Star Tribune, Bennett explained that he uses a special technique in order to maintain his ageless singing voice.

“I still remember,” he said, “this cautionary tale that I was told back then about doing your vocal exercises: ‘If you skip them one day, you know it; if you skip them two days, the band knows it; if you skip them three days, the audience knows it.’ ”

The star can be found performing in Cedar Falls on June 7, followed by gigs in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Madison, and Bethlehem throughout the year. He is also slated to appear at the Royal Albert Hall in London and at Ravinia Festival in Highland Park, Illinois.
