Tool formed in 1990 in Los Angeles, California. Known for their use of visual arts and long, complex releases, the band is generally described as a style-transcending act. Their first album “Undertow” had a heavy metal sound, and later became more dominant in alternative metal as with their album “Ænima” in 1996. They’ve also released “Lateralus” in 2001, and their most recent, “10,000 Days” in 2006.
While on tour for their release of “10,000 Days”, “Vicarious” was nominated for Best Hard Rock Performance, and “10,000 Days” won Best Recording Package at the 49th Grammy Awards. They just recently went on tour in the summer of 2009 in the US and a couple dates in Canada.

A Tool for Finding Ticket Drops
Sold out shows provide an opportunity for brokers in the secondary ticket market, but finding available tickets is a large part of the struggle that brokers face. However, they now have a powerful new tool at their disposal. TicketToolShed.com (TTS), is a website that alerts visitors to new ticket drops. Ticket drops are when additional tickets become available from the primary seller after an event has sold out. This often occurs because some tickets are withheld, or sometimes tickets are purchased and later canceled.
