TORONTO, May 14, 2007 — Impact E-Solutions Corporation (www.impactesolutions.com), (Pink Sheets:IESO) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Get Tickets E-Solutions Canada Inc. (www.gettickets.ca). Get Tickets is a provider of online, transaction based event ticketing and event management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, approved by The Boards of Directors of both companies, Impact E-Solutions will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Get Tickets in an all cash transaction. “The Get Tickets brand represents a powerful call to action combined with a suite of exceptional proprietary software tools,” commented Michael Smith, President of Impact E-Solutions. “The Get Tickets platform empowers event owners and event promoters to self-create, manage, market and sell tickets with efficient, leading edge software tools at an exceptionally low cost. The acquisition of Get Tickets is a key step in our strategic plan to proliferate a self managed ticketing capability globally.”

“The Get Tickets model, which empowers users to drive cost and complexity out of traditional event management and ticketing activities, has been developed over an almost 3-year period and we are excited that Impact E-Solutions is prepared to propel the expansion of the Get Tickets strategy beyond the Canadian marketplace,” commented Bill Gaskey, Founding Partner of Get Tickets E-Solutions Canada, Inc. “Empowerment has universal appeal and we are confident that the Get Tickets brand will be widely adopted across multiple markets and verticals.”

The online ticket industry has grown dramatically over the last several years. The North American measured ticket industry, including concerts, sports, and other events, is estimated at roughly $15 billion annually.
