(www.gettickets.ca). Get Tickets is a provider of online, transaction based event ticketing and event management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, approved by The Boards of Directors of both companies, Impact E-Solutions will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Get Tickets in an all cash transaction. Additionally, the senior management of Get Tickets has agreed to long term employment contracts.
