Billboard reports on contacting Jeff Beck’s manager who denies that Jeff Beck has any plans to tour with Jimmy Page, Chris Dreja and Jim McCarty as the Yardbirds this fall.
Beck’s manager states that Beck plans to perform at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads festival in Chicago in August, but Beck has no touring on his schedule for the remainder of 2007.
Billboard does not confirm the participation of Jimmy Page or Eric Clapton, but if either of those two guitarists get on board with a Yardbirds reunion, it would be a huge event.
